Deborah Teitsort Richardson
Deborah Teitsort Richardson was born and raised in Westport, Indiana and is the owner of Warm Hearth Studio where she sells her fine art photography in the form of prints, note cards and decor. After living in various states around the U.S. , she has returned to here native Decatur County. She enjoys combining photography with writing and has written a photojournalist-style picture book for her grandchildren with plans for others in the future. Her idea of the perfect photography project would be combining genealogical and historical research with photography in documentary or manuscript form.
A 2017 Hoosier Women Artist, her photograph, "Mountain Stream" in on exhibit at the Haan Mansion Museum of INDIANA Art in Lafayette, Indiana until August, 2018. Her work has previously be exhibited at the Indiana Statehouse, Treasurer's Office.
Her work has been exhibited in Lafayette, Indianapolis, Batesville, Shelbyville and Greensburg.
She is a current exhibitor at Decatur County Arts Connection's Art on the Square Gallery in Greensburg, Indiana.
